The Charlotte Bobcats NBA Marketing Center is located on the bridge level of the Hearst Tower in Charlotte, NC.  It was designed for the purpose of marketing the box suites in the new NBA Bobcats Arena to be completed in 2005.  There are two suite replicas inside of the center.  Potential customers can enter these mock-ups and experience the sights, sounds, and smells of the future box suites to be constructed with the new arena.  Also located in the center is a functional basketball court, two major office areas, and a scaled model of the arena.
WB Moore was the engineer and builder of record for this 6,300sq.ft. project.  It was a classic design/build project with WB Moore involved in the early consulting and pricing.  It consisted of a 350-amp, 480V service fed from the Hearst Tower Retail switchgear room.  The box suites have an elaborate audio/visual system with high-end lighting and furniture to simulate the actual product.  This project went very smoothly and finished exactly on schedule.
