Electrically the facility includes: an 80 KVA uninterruptible power supply for emergency lighting; a 350 KW generator and three transfer switches for emergency power to elevators, mechanical equipment and lighting; a fire alarm system; a camera surveillance system; and a code blue emergency call system. The garage lighting employs a total quantity of (1,075) lighting fixtures and the lighting through out the structure is controlled by (2) sophisticated lighting control panels.  Provisions are included for four future retail spaces each provided with a 200 ampere service.
