The tenant occupied much of the
space during the construction process. The phasing
had to be planned to accommodate the needs of the occupants
and allow for the access necessary to complete the project.
A total redesign of the executive conference area was constructed
after the completion of the main project. Life safety
issues were critical, as was the intense communication needed
for a successful project.
These items were also included in the project: Telephone/ Data: New complete conduit system, Lighting: All new lighting and circuitry, Gear: New complete switchgear system. Fire Alarm: New fire alarm system. |
