The work effort was complex, requiring transformer removal and replacement, several major feeder installations, main distribution switchboard installations and a significant number of breaker operations to support the downstream loads on multiple floors of this facility. Your site teams performed a tremendous amount of work, inside a narrow work window, and still managed to complete the project early.
Preparations for this work included, breaker verification on over one hundred electrical panels, staging wire, transformers, electrical panels, breakers, lifting equipment, tools, conduit, and hundreds of miscellaneous connectors. Your team also polled their resources from across the country to make sure we had access to spare parts in the event of a critical gear failure. The planning stage took several weeks and your team was there every step of the way, putting in long hours without a single complaint.
