Our engineering department and in-house licensed Professional Engineers can add additional expertise to your project while our pre-construction team can evaluate the costs of equipment so that you can make the best decisions.
Our Design/Assist expertise is evident in Rex Hospital, Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed in August 2012, it involved a 1,500+ square foot renovation of 2 X-ray rooms, and the installation of a CT Scanner. The power unit for the room remained unchanged. Existing HVAC distribution was reused, while medical gas outlets were relocated, and a complete redesign of electrical boxes and conduits location based on a brand name equipment change.
Upon request of the client, the unit maintained full operation for active patients' activity during regular operating hours throughout the upgrade, with most major build-outs scheduled nights and weekends.
