In a 24/7 world, a reliable and constant supply of energy often separates success from failure.
Businesses today run at the speed of the world. You are on vacation, and your sales office in Brussels is open. You are laying down to sleep, and your customer on the west coast is ready to place an online order. You are celebrating your oldest child’s birthday, and your manufacturing operation in the far east is running at full capacity.
In a 24/7 world, things will happen. It may be a natural disaster that impacts the grid, the third 100° day in a row or a widespread outage from a flock of seagulls. It doesn't matter. Your company relies on a constant supply of energy.
WB Moore has applied its expertise to emergency power systems for large companies and small companies alike. We start with comprehensive feasibility studies to determine the full scope of your need, full recommendations on what types of equipment are best for your situation (along with estimates), installation, testing, commissioning, and everything in between.
It’s never easy, and it is not a cookie cutter situation. Once in awhile, it seems as if it might even be impossible. Take for example the Emergency Power System for Bank of America Corporate Center in the center city of Charlotte, North Carolina. It is not in the building. It is not even on the same city block. It is across the street—on a parking garage that is part of a second office tower owned by the bank for which WB Moore was hired as the design/build electrical contractor. Utilizing redundant capacity from the emergency power system at One BAC, WB Moore retrofitted the Corporate Center (including a full-service trading floor), complete with the first planned power shutdown in the 20-year history of the 60-story building. The entire operation was completed with minimal disruption in the operations of one of the largest financial services companies in the world.
Trust WB Moore to design and install an emergency power system that keeps you going no matter what.
