WB Moore specs, installs and maintains transformers or all types. From dry-type to liquid-cooled, standard to energy efficient, small device specific to large utility transformers, we work with them all.
We will establish a regular maintenance for transformers in your system based on capacity, importance, where each is installed and general operating conditions. If maintenance and inspection are not routine, that can be dangerous -- for your employees and for your equipment. Therefore, all of our plans place special emphasis on safety.
In addition, we can assist you with both emergency and preventive maintenance. We pay particular attention to both recorded changes from inspection to inspection, and other abnormal signs such as noise, color change or smells. We also make note of temperature, oil volume (and any leakage), and loosening of fixing pieces and valves. In the end, we make any necessary repairs or, if necessary, provide you an updated design for a system better tailored to your needs, including installation, testing and commissioning.
