Project Highlight: 401 N Tryon LVL 4 Upfit

WB Moore was pleased to be part of this 48,518 SF complete upfit for the 401 N Tryon location. A large majority of the electrical work was able to be completed during normal work hours except for core drilling and circuits for floor boxes that had to be done after hours. WB Moore’s scope of work was to provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervised required to provide a complete Electrical, Low Voltage Rough In, and Fire Alarm System.

The detailed scope includes new lighting fixtures, local control switches and occupancy sensors; new breakers for distribution equipment; HVAC motor connections; new branch wiring, poke-thru devices, and connections; Fire Alarm System; and Tele/Data conduits and basket tray. Temporary lighting was included in the project.
