At WB Moore, safety is engrained in every aspect of our day-to-day business. In April 2023, we achieved 2 MILLION SAFE WORK HOURS WITHOUT A LOST TIME INCIDENT! This is a testament to everyone on our team upholding the highest standards for safety every single time they show up to work. Our customers understand they are getting an electrical contractor with a world-class safety record!

Safety Fest is an annual event celebrating our continued dedication to safety and training. This all-day event brings the entire company together to celebrate safety. We will have an amazing keynote speaker, work through a series of safety training areas, and see the latest innovations in safety products from our vendors.

We have a safety committee that meets monthly. This team reviews everything safety at WB Moore… from training needed to field observations to the latest OSHA standards and even fun ways to have the company engaged in our safety culture. Each quarter we hold a Safety Slogan Contest. The winning slogan is printed on t-shirts and shared with everyone in the company. Our Safety Coloring Contest has kids draw safety-related pictures and twelve are selected for WB Moore’s Safety Calendar.

Our safety program and practices are well-known throughout the industry. Our customers expect it, and our families demand it. We are committed to continuing to deliver the highest safety standards in the electrical industry year after year.
