WB Moore was pleased to provide the electrical upfit for this 89,000 gross building square foot (GBA), building space in Charlotte, North Carolina. We feel that with our electrical experience in similar facilities and years of electrical and design services similar to this project, along with other trades, we were able to complete this project exceeding the Client’s expectation.

The scope of work for our electrical team included, but not limited to: The Building Lighting System, which included Lamps, fixtures, mounting hardware, and supports. The wiring cable included MC Cable and/or EMT as allowed by the NEC. The Lighting Controls were a combination of wall switches and occupancy sensors. Additional scope included Branch Power System, Convenience Power, Power for the Mechanical/HVAC System, Distribution Equipment, Complete Fire Alarm System, and LV Systems including Voice, Data, AV, and Security. All work was performed and completed meeting electrical requirements with NEC, OSHA, and staying true to the standard of excellence that WB Moore provides to its clients.
