Project Highlight: Confidential Client/Spa Renovation

WB Moore was excited to be a part of this 5-star luxury spa renovation in Uptown Charlotte (the client requested to remain anonymous). Included in this job was a complete interior renovation featuring high-end finishes, modernized amenities, and state of the art lighting throughout the entire spa interior.

The scope of work for WB Moore included a complete demo of existing lighting fixtures and devices. The lighting renovation included new LED downlighting, new exit lights, owner furnished chandeliers and track lighting, new 3-way switches and wall occupancy sensors. Additional scope included general power receptacles, GFCI receptacles, relocation of existing Fire Alarm system and providing new devices to meet code requirements. WB Moore’s Low Voltage Team also installed new tele/data boxes and TV backboxes.

Due to the space being an existing space, this renovation included several design changes as a result of conditions discovered once the project started. Our team collaborated with the design team to ensure client satisfaction. Even with the changes, we were still able to meet the client’s timeline.
