WB Moore began work on the new Duke Energy Tenant Improvement Project during the 4th Qtr. 2021. Currently, the project is estimated to be completed in the 4th Qtr. 2023, however the tenant will be occupying some of the floors as early as late 2022. The WB Moore team along with our subcontracting partners was selected to support this project because of our knowledge of the facility and our ability to overcome logistical issues. WB Moore has been working the last two years on the core and shell scope of work and have a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the complex system that makes up the electrical infrastructure for this facility.

WB Moore’s scope of work for this tenant office upfit project includes, but not limited to: General Electrical; Lighting Fixtures and Lighting Controls; Conduit and Infrastructure for Low Voltage/Data System; Floor Boxes and Furniture System Power; Conduit and Infrastructure for the AV System; Mechanical/HVAC Power; Complete Fire Alarm System; Conduit and Infrastructure for Security System. We are also the electrical contractor working on the clients advanced Training Center, Conference Center and Auditorium Space located at this facility.

WB Moore’s work encompasses roughly 675,000 square feet of office and business space throughout the 42-Story building.
