Located at 1213 West Morehead Street in Charlotte, The Refinery’s detailed design and location provide an efficient office building that delivers a premier workplace experience. The building is 5 stories with 107,000 total RSF. It is also equipped with Smart Building Technology.

Connected to the building is the parking deck which offers 350 parking spaces, as well as Electric Car Charging Stations.

Our scope of work for this job included the installation of raceways, conduits, electrical systems, labeling, Fire alarm & Security, and EV Chargers. WB Moore also provided services for Mechanical Coordination, Site Electrical Work, Special Electrical Systems, Elevator Coordination, and Field Engineering.

WBM Group provided design coordination and positioning for the EV Chargers.
