GOVERNMENT AND MILITARY

The beautiful four-story, 80,000 gross square foot Government Center building in York, SC isa state-of-the-art office space with classic architectural design characteristics. WB Moore was pleased to be a part of this project, providing the electrical construction.

The scope of the project for our team included the following: Interior/Exterior Lighting, which included all lighting fixtures, lighting controls, and occupancy sensors in specified locations. Provided Convenience Power for floor boxes, poke thrus, branch circuit wiring (MC Cable), and home runs. For the HVAC & Motor connections, our team completed electrical connections to each motor, added disconnect switches, and completed connections to motor operated doors and rough-in. Feeders included encased electrical service runs and PVC conduit with copper wiring. The Distribution Equipment included new panels and transformers, concrete housing pads for transformers, switchboards, and utility transformers. A 500KW diesel Generator Set complete with WP enclosure, four-hour load bank test with fuel for testing and top off, two (2) ATS switches with open transition were included in scope. Two UPS units and Two PDU units were provided for the DATA Room, as well as outlets for Data Racks and grounding.

Additional scope included Tele/Data; Complete Fire Alarm System installation; Security Rough-in; Installation of Cable Tray; AV Rough-in; Lighting Protection; and Site Lighting. As always, WB Moore completed this Project meeting all NEC State and Local codes, and all OSHA regulated standards.
