Growing Together: A Look at the Teams Driving WB Moore Forward

The first half of 2026 has been a period of continued growth for WB Moore. Leading up to June, we’ve welcomed 35 new employees across the company while continuing to invest in workforce development through our ongoing Apprenticeship Program with Central Piedmont Community College.

Growth is often measured through project milestones, business performance, and new opportunities, but behind every achievement are the people who make it possible. From the office to the field, every team member plays a role in delivering the level of service, quality, and expertise our clients have come to expect.

As WB Moore continues to grow, we remain focused on strengthening the teams that support our projects, employees, and long-term success. Here is a look at some of the departments helping drive that growth and the recent additions that are helping position us for the future.

Project Management & Coordination

Successful projects require more than technical expertise. They depend on planning, communication, organization, and coordination from start to finish.

WB Moore’s Project Management and Project Coordination teams help oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, client communication, and countless day-to-day details that keep projects moving efficiently. They serve as a critical connection point between clients, field teams, vendors, and company leadership, helping ensure every project remains aligned with its goals.

As project opportunities continue to expand, WB Moore recently welcomed Project Managers Nick Olson and Jim Hefner, along with Project Coordinators Brooke Gantt, Brendan Barrett, and Michael Evans. Their experience and support help strengthen our ability to manage projects effectively while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Strengthening Field Leadership

Project Superintendents play an important role in coordinating daily jobsite activities, supporting field teams, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure projects stay on schedule. Their leadership helps create productive, organized, and safe work environments while keeping communication flowing between the field and office teams.

To support continued growth across our projects, WB Moore welcomed Project Superintendents Richard Landers and Samuel Georges earlier this year. Their addition further strengthens the experienced field leadership team that helps drive successful project execution throughout our organization.

Prioritizing Safety

At WB Moore, safety is not simply a requirement. It is a core part of our culture and a responsibility shared by every employee.

Our Safety team works closely with employees across all levels of the organization to provide training, conduct jobsite visits, maintain compliance, and promote a proactive approach to workplace safety. Their efforts help ensure that every employee has the resources and support needed to work safely and confidently.

As part of our continued investment in safety, Site Safety Specialist Devin Harrison joined the team in June. His role helps support the ongoing initiatives that strengthen our safety culture and reinforce our commitment to protecting our employees, clients, and project partners.

Supporting Our Employees

Growth is only possible when employees have the support, resources, and opportunities they need to succeed.

From recruiting and onboarding to employee engagement and professional development, the Human Resources team plays an important role in building a positive workplace culture and supporting employees throughout their careers at WB Moore.

Earlier this year, Aracely Carranza joined the company as HR Coordinator. As our team continues to grow, her role helps support employee onboarding, coordination, and the many initiatives that contribute to a strong employee experience.
